Chronic Illness Support Group

I run support groups for folks diagnosed with a chronic illness. The virtual support group runs weekly for 6 weeks (90-minute sessions).  Next session starts 4/26/25.

  • Group Focus

This group is for adults diagnosed with chronic medical conditions, such as autoimmune disorders, organ transplant needs, diabetes, colitis, inflammatory bowel disease, and more.

While each diagnosis is unique, participants share common experiences, including managing doctors, balancing medical needs with their careers and personal goals, treatments, side effects, and the uncertainties of living with chronic illness.

  • Together We'll Explore

✅ The emotional impact of chronic illness

✅ How your diagnosis affects relationships and career

✅ Self-advocacy in the healthcare system

    ✅ Deepening self-compassion

✅ Reframing your identity beyond your illness

  • What You’ll Gain

Connection & Understanding – Share your experiences in a safe space with people who truly relate.

Emotional Support – Express your frustrations, fears, and hopes in a community that validates your feelings.

Empowerment – Feel seen, heard, and supported as we navigate challenges together.
